PROMOTIONAL CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

From time to time, Evergreen Turf Equipment (ETE) may offer promotional codes for discounts or special offers on the Caltrimmer.com website. By using these codes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Redemption:
   • Promotional codes are valid only for online purchases at com, unless otherwise specified.
   • Codes are applicable to full-price, in-stock items only and cannot be used for items already on sale or discounted. No rain checks.
   • To redeem, enter the code in the promo box at checkout. The discount will be automatically applied to eligible items in your cart.
2. Limitations:
   • Promotional codes cannot be applied to past purchases and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
   • Codes have no cash value and cannot be converted into currency.
   • Only one promotional code can be used per order.
   • Once a promotional code expires, it cannot be reissued or replaced.
3. Order Terms:
   • If a code is not applied at the time of purchase, the discount cannot be retroactively applied.
   • Discounts are applied to eligible items only and do not cover shipping fees.
   • If an order includes items purchased with a promo code, returns will be refunded based on the discounted price of the returned items.
4. Code Validity:
   • Promotional codes cannot be used if they are expired, invalid, or inapplicable to the items in your order. No replacements will be issued for invalid codes.
   • Promotional codes are valid for a limited time, and once an email containing the code is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
5. Promotional Changes:
   • ETE reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
   • ETE may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or other irregularities, without notice.
6. Liability and Communication:
   • ETE is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of promotional codes, except where prohibited by law.
   • ETE is not responsible for any technical issues, including delays or failures in email delivery or website functionality, that may impact the use of promotional codes.
   • ETE may cancel or modify promotions if such technical issues arise.

PRICE PROTECTION POLICY

Evergreen Turf Equipment (ETE) occasionally offers promotional codes and special discounts on Caltrimmer.com. We’re pleased to extend a price protection policy to customers under the following terms:

If an item purchased from Caltrimmer.com goes on sale at a lower price within 14 calendar days of your original purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment. The item must still be available in the same style and size. To receive a refund for the price difference, please contact us within this 14-day period, and we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Each item is eligible for only one price adjustment.
• Requests made after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.
• This policy does not apply to price matching or to items purchased from other websites.
