Return & Exchange Policy
Applies to California Trimmer products purchased directly from Evergreen Turf Equipment and does not include items purchased from resellers such as The Home Depot or authorized dealers.
Return requests can be made for accessories and parts within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the size, weight, packaging and required shipment method, reel mowers are not eligible unless otherwise approved by Evergreen Turf Equipment.
Qualifying circumstances for returns and exchanges include the following:
- Shipping damage from carrier handling or insufficient packaging.
- Shipped incorrectly from Evergreen Turf Equipment due to an order fulfilment error.
- A sizing /configuration issue preventing the item from fitting or functioning properly.
Once verified, these will be exchanged or replaced at our discretion and expense. Warranty-related situations (involving items that have been used) will be evaluated and addressed in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures of the Limited Warranty statement (link insert).
Eligible items that were ordered incorrectly or mistakenly will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs are non-refundable. Contact us with details of the situation and items involved, but they must be in new / unused condition confirmed with a photo emailed. Once approved, return authorization instructions will be provided, the item(s) must be shipped prepaid.
When received, inspected, and verified, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item as agreed upon. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
